About the Role:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for People Assist features, including conversational experiences, case deflection, and knowledge surfacing.
  • Apply continuous discovery practices to understand employee needs, validate solutions, and refine product direction.
  • Use story mapping to break down end-to-end service journeys into clear, deliverable increments.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable software solutions using agile planning.
  • Support integration of AI technologies, including conversational interfaces, intent recognition, and intelligent recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency through automation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with HRSD and platform teams to integrate shared services such as authentication and tenant discovery.
  • Use data and experimentation to drive adoption, improve experience quality, and measure outcomes.
  • Own the product narrative and GTM readiness. Translate complex HRSD capabilities into compelling customer stories, partner with enablement, sales, and customer success to ensure features land well, and drive adoption through clear rollout strategy and segmentation.
  • You don’t just build AI products—you use AI to work smarter every day.

About You:

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience in HR products, HR Service Delivery, or employee support platforms; deep familiarity with HR workflows, case management, or employee self-service is required.
  • Experience delivering software products in a product management or related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product practices such as continuous discovery, story mapping, and agile delivery.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and technical system design; able to engage credibly with engineering on integration patterns across first-party and third-party systems.
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Pendo) and data analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to define product requirements and partner closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience using data and customer insights to guide product decisions.

  • Communicate effectively across levels: engineers, partners, and senior leaders.
